What's going on with COVID-19?
We're able to operate as normal during lockdown as we're working from home. Royal Mail is running slower than usual and while most people get their orders within 3 days, some are arriving a week or more after shipping. Please be patient in these times and check your local sorting office is running as normal. If your package appears to be lost in Royal Mail space time forever we will replace it or refund you. We ask you to wait for up to 3 weeks during the crisis before we can do this. Thanks for your paitence.
Is my Jewellery protected by Guarantee?
Yep. Your jewellery is protected for 3 months under guarantee. This doesn’t include wear & tear or any accidental damage. If you have any issues we’re just an email away, and send pics so we can sort it quickly.
How do I change an order?
If you need to swap your address or your fuck let us know via Email or the contact page and as long as it hasn’t already gone, we’ll change it.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Be careful when taking off your clothes (wheeey) and sleeping as catching jewellery can result in bending the metals or snapping acrylic.
Surgical steel pieces are nickel free and won’t tarnish or rust.
To reduce discolouration avoid direct contact with perfumes, sprays, water and lotions.
Remove rings whilst washing up or showering to avoid lettering fade.
My order is a gift. Do you include payment details and can you write a note for me?
Your payment info and receipt are sent to you via email immediatley after purchase. The parcel contains your jewellery and a care card. If you'd like us to include a message you can add it at checkout.

What happens if I order something on pre-order and something in stock at the same time?
We'll send them both together once the pre order is ready. If you'd like your other items earlier drop us an email. You can send us the extra postage and we'll ship it to you within the usual time frame.
